And the winner is ...

THE WAUPACA AREA FOOD PANTRY!

Due to the new carpeting project that has closed FUMC for a couple of weeks, FUMC and PUMC Missions Committees are joining forces to create a new challenge. The rules of the game still exist but the CHALLENGE IS TO GET TO 1000 POUNDS OF DONATED FOOD FOR THE WAUPACA AREA FOOD PANTRY BY AUGUST 31!

Rules of the game:

· Non-perishable food can be dropped off during office hours and on Sundays when you come to church. (FUMC, you can still drop off food to the church office.)

· Please check so no out-of-date cans/boxes are included in your donation.

· The following list of items the Food Pantry doesn't receive often but that are very appreciated when they are available:

o Jams and jellies (not large size. Regular sized jars mean more families can get a jar)

o Pancake mix

o Pancake syrup

o Ramen noodles (don't weigh much but are always needed)

o Canned pastas (example: Chef Boyardee or Spaghettios)

· Have fun! Involve your whole family in building up the Food Pantry supply shelves just before school starts and the weather starts getting cooler.
